Our principle product-set is HPS LightTouch™,
the Staff Admin Toolkit.
The product is a web-based software system for companies to manage their HR administration. When so much time is wasted chasing timesheets, organising leave,
investigating personal expenses, ensuring purchasing is always done with preferred suppliers, and so on, HPS LightTouch™ enforces company policies and delegates
responsibility for personal administration to staff. Approval requests are sent to the right people and sign-offs are immediately visible to staff members, so
they don't have to chase-up requests either. The result is that managers are released from routine approvals leaving them free to manage exceptions and focus on key targets.
The product includes the following:
- Controlled purchasing, Purchase Ordering controls and Supplier management
- Staff Expenses, including travel distance reclaims and ad-hoc purchases
- Training management and CPD records
- Leave, including holidays, sickness and other statutory categories
- Time recording and timesheets
The system is sold by monthly subscription over a 1, 2 or, 3-year contract.
