We have a single company-developed product set called HPS LightTouch™, the Staff Admin Toolkit.   The system is a multi-facetted HR solution for companies, putting control and responsibility for personal admin in the hands of staff.   This releases business leaders from routine burdens such as chasing expenses and timesheets, and leaves them free to manage their business.

The product includes the following:

HPS LightTouch
  • Controlled purchasing, Purchase Ordering controls and Supplier management
  • Staff Expenses, including travel distance reclaims and ad-hoc purchases
  • Training management and CPD records
  • Leave, including holidays, sickness and other statutory categories
  • Time recording and timesheets

The system is sold by monthly subscription over a 1, 2 or, 3-year contract. Generous discounts apply by volume, contract length and early payment.
